Finding Buy and Sell Triggers With Double Moving Average Crossover System Technical Analysis Chart Indicator
Below is an example of how to buy and sell currency pairs with this Forex indicator:
Buy Trigger: Initiate a buy trade when the shorter yellow Moving Average crosses back above the red longer Moving Average from below.
Place initial stop loss 3 pips below immediate support, or use your own stop loss placement method.
Close the buy trade when the yellow MA signal line crosses back below the red MA signal line from above (bearish trend now).
Alternatively, exit the MA crossover buy trade for a fixed take profit target, for example, 15 pips on the 1-minute scalping trading chart.
Sell Trigger: Initiate a sell trade when the shorter yellow Moving Average crosses back below the red longer Moving Average from above.
Place initial stop loss 3 pips above immediate resistance, or use your own stop loss placement method.
Close the sell trade when the yellow MA signal line crosses back above the red MA signal line from below (bullish trend now).
Alternatively, exit the MA crossover sell trade for a fixed take profit target, for example, 40 pips on the 30-minute day trading chart.
Tip: Aim for a larger profit outlook on the higher time frames (H1, H4, D1)!
