Finding Buy and Sell Triggers With The Pure Pivot Point Forex Technical Analysis Chart Indicator
Below is an example of how to buy and sell currency pairs with this Forex indicator:
Buy Trigger: Open a buy trade order when price closes above its daily Pivot Point level from below. The trend is now bullish.
Place initial stop loss 3 pips below short-term support, or use your own stop loss placement method.
Close the Pivot Point buy trade for a reward/risk ratio of 1.8 or better.
Alternatively, take profit at predetermined profit target level, for example 30 pips on the M5 trading chart.
Sell Trigger: Open a sell trade order when price closes below its daily Pivot Point level from above. The trend is now bearish.
Place initial stop loss 3 pips above short-term resistance, or use your own stop loss placement method.
Close the Pivot Point sell trade for a reward/risk ratio of 1.8 or better.
Alternatively, take profit at predetermined profit target level, for example 15 pips on the M1 trading chart.
